SOURCING & ADVERTISING

as per client’s needs.

SHORTLISTING
- One of our technical recruiters shortlists
potential candidates as per client needs. - Initial telephonic interviews followed by
face-to-face interviews conducted with our recruiters. - Candidates are skill tested in order to assess them.

FINAL INTERVIEWS
- Interviews are organised by the client either face-to-face or Video interviews whilst sometime CV selections as instructed by client.
- We ensure that these events are
managed efficiently.

POST SELECTIONS
- Offer letter are signed by candidate.
- Pre-embarkation process: Medicals, PCC, BST
Certificates etc… as required by clients. - Attested education & Professional certificate,
PCC, Exit clearance (if any) from previous
employer may be required

ONBOARDING
- Liaise with employer for assignment date
and proceed with visas as per joining port. - Travel arrangements/ Onboarding Orientation
is facilitated smoothly & on time prior to deploying - Ensure E-Migrate Registration & docs are
uploaded (per Indian Govt. policy).
